Think of it like filling out an order form before the store opens. Filling out the form is free: you do not pay yet. Your details are already saved when registration opens, giving you a head start at checkout instead of filling everything out alongside everyone else. You can edit your details later and choose your tier and add-ons when you complete registration. Pre-filling gives you ₱50 off your SFW registration cost when registration opens. A prefill does not grant admission, reserve a place, or guarantee availability.

Pre-filling gives you ₱50 off your SFW registration cost when registration opens. Barkada FurFest 2026 attendees: To get ₱150 off, you must scan the QR code on the card you received at Barkada FurFest 2026 and register for SFW through that link on Furries PH. If you register without using the card's QR code link, you will not receive this discount. Register as a group on Furries PH to get 5% off your SFW registration.

Badge collection times and the check-in location are To be announced. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID that matches your registration name. Keep your badge visible in event spaces, and tell our staff immediately if it is lost.

Southpaw Furry Weekend: Celestial Gala is open to attendees aged 16 and above. Attendees aged 16 or 17 must provide a completed consent form to attend. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID that matches your registration name.

No. Everyday clothing, costumes, and fursuits are welcome under our dress standards.

Explore volunteer rolesAre transactions refundable or can registrations be transferred?
All transactions are final and non-refundable. Registration transfers may be requested through your Transactions tab on Furries PH Events and may be restricted within two months of the event. Personalized items cannot be changed for the new attendee.

A complimentary carer pass requires valid attendee documentation and proof of the carer’s role with a registered care organization. It is valid only while accompanying the attendee. Contact us to arrange access support.

Accommodation is included only when listed in your pass. Confirm stay arrangements with us before booking travel.
Read pass inclusionsWhat venue rooms and room capacity are available?
Activity access may depend on room capacity, schedule, safety requirements, or separate sign-up. A pass does not guarantee entry to every session.

Ask before touching, hugging, or taking close-up photographs. Respect a person’s refusal and keep your badge visible. Harassment and unsafe behavior are not permitted. If you need help or want to report a concern, speak to our event staff.
