Age requirements
Southpaw Furry Weekend: Celestial Gala is open to attendees aged 16 and above. Attendees aged 16 or 17 must provide a completed consent form to attend.
Bring matching photo ID
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. The name on your ID must match the name on your registration.
Keep your badge visible
Wear your event badge while attending. Follow event staff instructions and venue rules throughout the weekend.
Care for the community
Make room for everyone.
Consent comes first
Ask before touching, hugging, or taking close-up photographs. Respect a person’s refusal. Harassment and unsafe behavior are prohibited; report concerns to event staff.
Dress for shared spaces
Wear a shirt, shorts or trousers, and footwear in public event spaces. Costumes and fursuits are welcome when they are safe and appropriate. Fursuits are not allowed in pools or dining areas. Read the full dress standards before choosing your outfit.

Carer passes
We can provide a complimentary carer pass when the attendee and carer meet the documentation requirements in our Conditions of Entry. The pass is valid only while accompanying the registered attendee. Contact us before the weekend to discuss your access needs. Venue accessibility details are to be announced.
Registration terms
Before you confirm.
Use official channels
Register through our official Furries PH event page. We do not recognize tickets sold through third parties. Furries PH lists the registration options currently available; on-site sales are available only if announced.
Non-refundable transactions & transfers
All transactions are final and non-refundable. Arrange a registration transfer through your Furries PH transactions tab; transfers may be restricted within two months of the event, and personalized items cannot be changed for the new attendee. Read the full terms before confirming.
Activity access & lost badges
Registration does not guarantee entry to every activity or room at every time. Capacity, scheduling, safety, and separate sign-ups can restrict access. Badges cannot be shared; report a lost badge to staff, who will verify your registration and arrange a replacement if possible.
Shared spaces
Respect the space around you.
Props, weapons & drones
Weapons, hazardous materials, and props that could be mistaken for real weapons are prohibited. Restricted costume props need our written approval before the event. Drones are not allowed indoors without written approval from both us and the venue. Read the complete restrictions before bringing equipment.
Venue care & substances
Respect property, other guests, posted rules, and staff instructions. Illegal substances are prohibited. Follow the published alcohol, smoking, and vaping restrictions and the venue’s designated areas. Unsafe intoxication can result in removal from event spaces.
Animals & assistance
Pets are not allowed in event spaces. Trained service animals must remain under appropriate control, and we may ask for a PWD ID or documentation confirming their role. Emotional support and therapy animals are not admitted under our policy. Contact us before attending to confirm your access arrangements.
Photography & representation
Be considerate on camera.
Official recording & close-ups
By registering, you consent to the possibility of official photography, filming, and recording in public event areas, and our use of that material for promotion, marketing, or archives. Ask permission before taking close-ups and respect anyone who declines. Read the full media consent before registering.
Press identification
Press and media representatives must display the official Cebu Furry Society Media Badge or be accompanied by authorized staff in event spaces. Report unbadged or unescorted media to staff. These requirements do not grant blanket permission to photograph an attendee.
Brand integrity
Respect Cebu Furry Society’s name, logos, and associated marks. Do not use them in ways that misrepresent, disparage, or dilute our identity. Artwork displayed here requires permission before reuse. Read our brand guide and full terms before using event materials.
