This notice covers your visit to the SFW website. Registration, payments, and applications take place on Furries PH Furries PH, where its own terms and privacy guidance apply.
Listen here
Music from Bandcamp.
Our guest profile includes Bandcamp music and cover-art players. They load as you approach their section, and music starts when you press play. Bandcamp serves the audio and artwork. We do not host those files, record your listening history, or share your saved visual settings with the players.
Loading or using a player connects your browser to Bandcamp while you remain on our website. Bandcamp receives browser and network information and may use cookies or other storage under its privacy policy. Playback, availability, account features, and purchases follow Bandcamp’s terms.
Watch here
Videos from YouTube.
Our guest profile includes official YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced players. They load as you approach the animation section and play when you choose. We do not host the videos, record your viewing history, or share your saved visual settings with YouTube. Warnings appear beside videos with flashing colors or lights.
Loading a player connects your browser to Google/YouTube and shares browser and network information. Privacy-enhanced mode limits certain personalization uses but does not make that connection anonymous. Playback may involve further requests, cookies, or other storage under Google’s privacy policy and YouTube’s terms.
Following a link
Letting a destination know you came from SFW.
Our public external links include information identifying SFW and the public page, section, and link you followed. This helps the destination recognize referrals from our website. We do not add your personal details, saved visual settings, or the extra information in the address you used to arrive here. The destination’s privacy practices determine how it uses referral information.
Your browser may also tell the destination our website address, subject to its privacy settings. Private links, downloads, and links that open other apps are left unchanged. If you enable wormholes, an outgoing link may show the transition before opening its destination. The transition uses a temporary image of the visible page on your device; we do not upload or save it.
A comfortable visit
A suggested setting for your device.
On your first visit, a short device check helps us suggest whether to enable wormhole transitions. Depending on your device, this uses graphics performance or basic device capabilities. The suggestion does not override your choice: you can select either setting. Your device’s reduced-motion or high-contrast setting takes precedence.
We remember the suggestion on your device, along with the check time and a broad screen-size description. A positive result lasts up to six hours; other results last up to one hour. A changed screen size can require another check. We do not send the result or performance measurements to a server. Clearing this website’s stored data removes it.
Browsing SFW
Browse without signing in.
You do not need an account to browse this website. Registration, payments, and applications continue on Furries PH Furries PH. We do not collect attendee registration answers through these pages.
Loading any website sends requests needed to deliver its pages and images. Our hosting and network providers receive information such as your network address and browser request details. Their own policies govern their logs and how long they keep them. We do not run analytics trackers or set advertising cookies on this website; embedded media services have their own practices as described above.
On your device
Remembering your preferences.
Visual settings lets you choose page animations and wormhole transitions separately before the effects begin. We remember those choices in your browser for future visits and across SFW pages. They stay on your device and are not sent to a server.
Open Visual settings in the header to change your choices. You can remove them by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser. Reduced-motion and high-contrast settings turn the effects off while active. If your browser cannot save preferences, your choices still work on the current page.
The mascot gallery, community scene, and edition highlights remember your selected view for the current browser-tab session. They save only which view you chose, not event details or registration information. If your browser cannot save the selection, the controls still work.
The travel checklist remembers which items you marked on your device. Use “Clear marks” to reset it, or clear this website’s stored data in your browser. We do not receive your checklist marks. If your browser cannot save them, the checklist works for the current visit.
Your small sky
A keepsake made on your device.
Your community-page constellation stays in the current page. We do not send your star positions to a server or save them in browser storage. Your browser may restore the arrangement when you go Back or Forward; reloading starts a new one. Choose “Clear sky” to remove the stars.
“Make your keepsake” creates an image on your device using your stars, our logo, and our font. Choose “Download PNG” to save it. The image contains no account details, name, contact information, or registration details. It is a personal keepsake and cannot be used for admission.
Current event information
Public updates from Furries PH.
We request public event updates from Furries PH to show current registration options, prices, dates, and venue details. These requests do not include your Furries PH sign-in or registration answers.
We show details when they are published. Until then, they remain unannounced. If an update cannot be confirmed, we show an unavailable message rather than rely on old information.
Meet our team
Staff profiles and portraits.
Our team page requests the staff profiles we have approved for public display. Portraits may load from a separate image-hosting service. That service receives the browser and network information needed to deliver the image; we do not send it the address of the SFW page you are viewing.
Registration & communications
Your registration information.
As explained in our Conditions of Entry, information collected during registration may be used to provide event services, updates, and communications. It may be disclosed when required by law or needed to deliver services. You may opt out of direct marketing communications by notifying us in writing.
Read our complete Conditions of Entry and Furries PH’s privacy guidance before submitting personal information. For account, registration, payment, or communication requests, use our official event page and the organizer channels linked there.
Other destinations
Separate services, separate privacy choices.
Furries PH, social networks, maps, and artwork source pages have their own terms and privacy practices. Opening a link connects you to that service. Review its guidance before signing in, submitting information, or making a payment.
Finding your way
Map and location choices.
The transport explorer calculates route suggestions on your device. You can choose places on the map or enter coordinates without granting location permission. “Use my location” asks your browser for permission; the selected location is used in the current page and is not saved in browser storage or sent to our server for routing.
The geographic map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap. That service receives your network information and the map areas requested by your browser, which may correspond to the area you are viewing near a chosen location. We do not send your raw location coordinates to a separate geocoding or directions service. Read OpenStreetMap Foundation’s privacy policy. Reloading or clearing the journey removes the page’s selected start and destination.
